KAYELLE ("the Platform", "we", "our") operates exclusively as an international patient facilitation and coordination service. We are not a medical provider, healthcare institution, or medical tourism operator. Our role is limited to:
- Coordinating communication between international patients and healthcare providers in Kerala, India
- Providing guidance on documentation requirements for engaging with Kerala's healthcare system
- Facilitating initial connections with reputed hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Offering orientation support for international patients navigating Kerala's healthcare ecosystem
2. No Medical Services Provided
KAYELLE does not and cannot:
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations of any kind
- Recommend specific hospitals, doctors, or treatment protocols
- Make clinical decisions or influence medical outcomes
- Engage in the practice of medicine in any jurisdiction
- Guarantee treatment availability, success rates, or medical outcomes
All medical assessments, clinical decisions, treatment plans, and healthcare responsibilities remain solely with the respective hospitals and their licensed healthcare professionals.
3. User Responsibilities
By using KAYELLE's services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for verifying the credentials and suitability of any healthcare provider we connect you with
- You will conduct your own due diligence regarding treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes
- You understand that medical tourism carries inherent risks, including but not limited to complications during travel, differences in healthcare standards, and post-treatment follow-up challenges
- You will maintain adequate travel and medical insurance coverage for your journey
- You are responsible for all costs associated with your medical treatment, travel, accommodation, and related expenses
4. No Liability for Medical Outcomes
KAYELLE expressly disclaims all liability for:
- Medical outcomes, complications, or adverse events resulting from treatment received in Kerala
- The quality, appropriateness, or effectiveness of medical care provided by any healthcare institution
- Any disputes between patients and healthcare providers regarding treatment, billing, or services rendered
- Travel disruptions, visa issues, or other logistical challenges that may arise during your medical journey
5. Service Structure
KAYELLE's facilitation services may involve coordination fees or service charges. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated during the initial consultation process. We maintain full transparency regarding our service structure and do not engage in hidden commissions or undisclosed referral arrangements.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
We handle your personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR for European patients. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required for the coordination services you have requested.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of KAYELLE's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
8. Changes to Terms
KAYELLE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
